Dear reader,
before moving on to the topic, I hope intriguing title of this post, I wanted to do some 'of the situation on reading, cinema and its ... I ended
The brewer of Preston Andrea Camilleri, that I loved it (Thanks to my friend who gave it to me) and I are amazed at how Camilleri can speak so much of today's also writing a story set in the late 800. But then you saw a Che tempo che fa last Sunday? Brilliant ...
I'm reading now, with diminishing enthusiasm, unimportant little misunderstanding, a collection of short stories by Antonio Tabucchi , which, though written with great narrative style, are leaving me a bit 'cold, a little disappointment after how much I appreciated years before his Pereira ...
Film Festival, I hope to go soon to see Weddings and Other Disasters , the latest film with Margherita Buy (for which I have known preconceived admiration), Fabio Volo and hilarious Luciana Littizzetto . But above all, the upcoming release of Sabina Guzzanti and her Draquila , whose board of review on the site Republic : click here.
Another interesting article, which he then did a springboard to reflection of the title, which will arrive soon, and this, taken from the Press of finesettimana.org :
Why are Christian?
And now we come to it, hoping not to have it too long to pull ... These days, more and more, I happened to read around to personally receive or questions about the ' existence of God and the meaning that God has in' experience of faith. This, together with the various thoughts that I share with you some time (even before the Attic ...), led me to think about the importance, or rather, on what is important or interesting little quibble on ' existence of God, compared to the story of 'God experience.
The existence of a supposed "to be more" metaphysical, transcendent, infinite, and so on. etc.. is a subject dear to the speculative philosophy of old, but what does with the God of Jesus Christ, whom he called Father, and writings of its commonly referred to as mercy and love? Or what does the "god of the philosophers" with the various spiritual experiences that fill the life of humanity (not necessarily of Christian origin)? What touches the heart, which gives meaning to life, changing the view of things, is' we do Experience of God, regardless of the names we use. I do not care if God is eternal or not, in its metaphysical projection, instead I am interested in investment, even living for his love. I care who she proclaims and bears witness to me, in my case the testimony of the life of Jesus , Christ said that I receive from the writings of the early Christian community. But perhaps, for others, there are various channels of this announcement. For some channels, not identifiable with the human realm of religion, but secular or atheists ... because the 'Experience of God did not even need the words "god", or "love" or "mercy." Perhaps the only word you need the ' experience of God is the word "human" (not "man" not to exclude the "woman") or "other" (in this sense is "transcendent" because it pushes someone other than himself).
Many authors, both in philosophy, not just speculative, both in the spiritual, has long been moving in this direction, embracing the 'human' as a "place of God's experience, other than oneself." It would be good that whoever claims to have faith, and does so on the basis of his experience, tune to this new feeling and began to take on the language. Worry less about the existence of God then, or on the structures of the afterlife (angels, saints, sacral ...) and having to "prove" this is the non-believer, but more emphasis, essentially on the experience that each of us made upon him, around him, who can share with everyone, without imposing it on anyone. The experience speaks more of the reasoning, the "evidence" of dogmatic assertions or otherwise.
For this reason God (metaphysical, philosophical and theological any) mentioned in the hierarchy (and I refuse to call Church now categorically!) Affects only the bigots, hypocrites, the gullible and ignorant. For this who recounted their experience of God, human, other than oneself, it is increasingly attractive, any "name" use, however organize his spiritual experience without the need for institutions misleading, unless remain what they are, that is, institutions, and instruments at the service of human experience, and stepmothers or its owner (religions, ideologies ,...).
Remaining in Christ (but I repeat, the other areas are equal in dignity), the Church (the People of God) may also find benefits from its own internal organization, which also carries on the communication of that experience of God which the encounter with the Christ of Scripture, but only if this organization is a service of, the experience of sharing. When it becomes hierarchy, control, possession, better leave it and let it go, it digs its own grave, as our Catholic hierarchy is doing in the eyes of all, despite its "Shroud", his infamous scream in the plot, the also a concern of men spiritually serious "salvage" that no longer exists ... Keep out! Air! Go! Away from me ...
Well, enough for today, I wonder if the next time I will be a fancy to reflect on the theme mentioned above, the 'afterlife' and its mythology, of which Christ never mentioned ... we'll see ...
